Back then\, this pioneering event in endurance cycling took place long before asphalt roads became commonplace\, making it a gravel event avant la lettre. The Supergrevet Vienna-Berlin honors this trailblazing spirit\, connecting two vibrant metropolises and their cycling communities\, while offering a fresh opportunity for cyclists to engage in a true celebration of original long-distance cycling\, set against the stunning backdrops of Austria\, the Czech Republic\, and Germany.

DESCRIPTION:Berlin ist ambivalent. Selbst wenn wir dem Trubel der Stadt gelegentlich entfliehen wollen\, lässt uns die Stadt letzten Endes nie vollständig los. Anfang November planen wir daher\, Berlin zu umrunden\, ohne dabei die Stadt selbst zu betreten. Dies geschieht nicht aus Abneigung gegen die Stadt\, ganz im Gegenteil. Man könnte es eher mit der Praxis der Umrundung eines heiligen Objekts vergleichen\, wie sie in fast allen Weltreligionen bekannt ist. Natürlich fahren wir dabei keine schnöde Asphaltrunde. Neu ist diesmal\, dass wir entweder eine fahrtechnisch eher einfach Gravelrunde anbieten und eine Ultra-CX Edition auf den schönsten Singletrails\, Wander- und Wirtschaftswegen der Region. Seid dabei! Berge haben wir eher nicht zu bieten\, dafür aber jede Menge Seen\, Bäume und ungewohnte Perspektiven auf die Stadt. \n  \n \n \n  \n
